Are your ingredients safe for dogs?
Yes, all of our treats are registered with the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets. If your dog has food allergies, please check each product page for a full ingredient list.
Are your treats grain-free and meat-free?
Yes, all of our treats are grain-free, meat-free, and preservative-free for dogs with food allergies. We recommend consulting your vet if your dog has any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
If an ingredient is grown in the Hudson Valley, we source it from local farms. This currently includes apples, carrots, pumpkin, and honey.
Do you offer wholesale partnerships or event orders?
We sure do! Please contact us at mmdogtreat@gmail.com to learn more about our options and pricing. Because everything is made fresh in small batches, we need at least 2 weeks notice to plan your order.
Where do you ship?
We currently accept orders from customers located in New York state. We will let you know when we expand to different states!
Where can I find your treats in the Hudson Valley?
We love meeting our community and their pups face to face! You can find our treats at Hudson Ale Works and several farmers markets, including Arlington, Eastdale, Milton, Rosendale, and Woodstock. Because our schedule changes from week to week, the best way to see where we'll be is to check our social media pages, where we post our updated schedule.
What is your return policy?
We want you and your dog to be happy! If you're not satisfied with your order or it's defective or damaged, please contact us at mmdogtreat@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your treats to request a return. To be eligible, you will need the receipt and proof of purchase. We will send instructions on how to return your package. Once your order is returned, we will issue a refund.
